Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

These Terms form an agreement between the user and Kirill Moiseev, operator of Zoombot. By authorizing or using Zoombot, the user accepts these Terms and the Privacy Policy. A person acting for an organization confirms that they have authority to bind that organization.

2. The service

Zoombot provides workflow tools that connect an individual meeting account to supported team communication services. Features may include listing and managing meetings, publishing meeting cards, processing recordings and transcripts, producing summaries, and delivering reports.

The service may evolve, and individual beta features may be changed, suspended or discontinued. We will use reasonable efforts to avoid unnecessary disruption.

3. Accounts and authorization

• Users must connect only accounts they own or are authorized to use.
• Each user connection is personal. Users must not share management links, OAuth credentials or host links with unauthorized people.
• Users are responsible for the membership and permissions of conversations where they publish meetings or reports.
• Users must promptly disconnect Zoombot if an account or device is compromised.

4. Acceptable use

Users must not use Zoombot to violate law, privacy, intellectual property, contractual obligations or provider rules. In particular, users must not:

• record, transcribe or analyze a meeting without required notice or consent;
• access another person's meetings or attempt to bypass tenant isolation;
• upload malware, probe the service, interfere with availability or abuse APIs;
• use reports to harass, discriminate, deceive or make unlawful automated decisions;
• resell or publicly redistribute the beta service without written permission.

5. User content and permissions

Users retain their rights in meeting content. The user grants Zoombot a limited permission to process that content only as necessary to provide, secure and support the requested service. The user is responsible for having all permissions required to provide meeting content for processing.

Generated summaries may contain errors and are not a substitute for the original recording, transcript, professional advice or human review.

6. Third-party services

Zoombot depends on meeting, messaging, transcription, AI and hosting providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and may change or become unavailable. Zoombot is an independent integration and is not endorsed by or affiliated with those providers unless expressly stated.

7. Privacy and security

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and Data Usage disclosure. Security controls are summarized on the Security page.

8. Suspension, disconnection and deletion

Users may stop using the service and disconnect their provider account at any time. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, investigate abuse, comply with law, or address a material breach of these Terms. Data deletion requests are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Zoombot is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free summaries or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for provider outages, unauthorized sharing by users, loss caused by failure to maintain account security, or decisions made solely from generated summaries.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where liability may be limited, our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount the user paid for the service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect service or legal changes. The effective date will be updated. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires another form of consent.

11. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's place of establishment, without overriding mandatory consumer protections or other rights that apply in the user's jurisdiction. Parties should first try to resolve disputes through the support contact below.
